PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Primer Sand is a replacement for our Sanded Primer Elite. The mixture of Primer Sand (a unique blend of light weight sand aggregates) and an isolating paint primer will produce a textured sand primer that has a consistency similar to our Sanded Primer Elite.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW: Primer Sand will reduce the need to prime and then apply our Sanded Primer Elite, saving time and money on projects. American Clay can insure that this textured sand primer will provide tooth for our plasters.

The following is a list of primers that have worked in our test applications. Check the suitability of a primer specific to your application requirements prior to the start of your project.

One 1 pound bag of Primer Sand for 1 gallon of primer (200-300 square feet per gallon, depending on the substrate)
